Unique Off Beat Places in Australia to Check Out In a Motorhome

A campervan is a great vehicle for venturing, ideally for an extended road trip and comes along with all in-built comforts, such as, fridge, gas cookers and cozy mattresses.

All these locations can be best seen by a simple and enjoyable motoring journey, in your personal motorhome, heading leisurely around some terrific territory and observing some wonderful landscapes, that this country has on offer.

Daintree Rainforest

Cairns, in the North of Queensland, is great place to start for your East Coast holiday, but, there are some off beaten trails that are intriguing and full of surprises and waiting to be visited. Famous for being the Great Barrier Reef portal, Queensland has much to present in surrounding areas too. Visit the Daintree Rainforest, where you will be welcomed by the Cassowary, a massive unique bird, identified only in this area. Lots of outdoor camping places, unspoilt and not too congested.

Windjana Gorge

There is no better outback trip compared to the one to Windjana gorge from the Kimberley region. It's the best spot within australia to watch freshwater crocodiles in the wild and has a great camping site close to the gorge walls. Hardly any tourists spend the night there, so if you do so, go out early in the morning to get a great view of the crocodiles emerging from the water to sunbathe.

Nitmiluk National Park

Found in the Northern Territory, this offbeat location hosts lots of Kangaroos and that too close. There is only 1 backpacking ground with basic facilities, which can be rarely full, providing a tranquil vacation in the lap of nature.

Rottnest Island

This is often a great beginning to your vacation plans. Simply take a boat to the awe-inspiring Rottnest island with incredible beach locations, pristine waters and wonderful underwater life. It is a great place to unwind and loosen up.

These locations are the best places to go with a camper hire in Australia. Take a look and go for the drive of your life!
